Kelsey Lauren Leigh

Kelsey Lauren Leigh performed as a recurring Guest on "Days of Our Lives" from 1997-2003. During those years, she was invited to become a member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and she judged the millennium Daytime Emmy Awards (2000).
Kelsey Lauren Leigh was Hollywood bound relocating to Los Angeles in 1991 after obtaining her B.F.A.  in Film. Hauling all of her belongings in a Uhaul the day after graduation; with no job, place to live, or contacts... only the open road of opportunities before her. Her luck landed her a film within 5 days. Hired as a last minute free intern, within weeks she became the paid Production Coordinator of a 21st Century Film entitled "Crazy Joe".  Networking gained her an invitation to join the crew of "Wonder Years" in its final season as a set lighting technician which resulted in her joining the union I.A.T.S.E. local 728. This led to years of working behind the scenes from television's "Beverly Hills 90120" to feature films including "True Lies" before crossing over to the front of the camera as many actors have done. Included is Bill Paxton whom is responsible for Kelsey getting pulled off a lamp on set to play his wife in a the film "Monolith" in which Kelsey gained her SAG card.  After that it was on to more films, television including joining AFTRA and the cast of "Days of Our Lives".
