      Ginger Steak

  A simple dry rub that will absolutely make your mouth water while it's cooking and will not dissapoint when you eat it.

Ingredients:
1 6 - 12 oz. steak
1/2 - 3/4 c. ginger, powdered
1/2 soy or teriyaki sauce
2 cloves garlic, halved
salt and pepper to taste
  • pour soy sauce into metal baking dish
  • rub steak with garlic
  • dip steak in soy sauce
  • rub with 1/2 of ginger
  • dip steak in soy/teriyaki sauce
  • rub with remaining ginger
  • retain 2-3 tbs. soy sauce in baking dish and dispose of the rest
  • sprinkle steak with salt and pepper
  • place 1 clove of garlic in soy sauce
  • broil in oven in soy sauce and garlic until cooked to desired wellness

Prep Time: about 5 minutes
Cook Time: about 15-30 minutes
Serves: 2-4
