A simple dry rub that will absolutely make your mouth water while it's cooking and will not dissapoint when you eat it.
Ingredients:
1 6 - 12 oz. steak
1/2 - 3/4 c. ginger, powdered
1/2 soy or teriyaki sauce
2 cloves garlic, halved
salt and pepper to taste
- pour soy sauce into metal baking dish
- rub steak with garlic
- dip steak in soy sauce
- rub with 1/2 of ginger

- dip steak in soy/teriyaki sauce
- rub with remaining ginger
- retain 2-3 tbs. soy sauce in baking dish and dispose of the rest
- sprinkle steak with salt and pepper
- place 1 clove of garlic in soy sauce

- broil in oven in soy sauce and garlic until cooked to desired wellness
Prep Time: about 5 minutes
Cook Time: about 15-30 minutes
Serves: 2-4
