Chapter 1
          The story as old as time was being told tonight. Every year it's tradition to proclaim the story so that we may never forget. The world may be dark and dying, but the story is what keeps hope alive;

On the day when three stars rise from the Sun
                                        So too will the planets collapse as one
                                        The world will inevitably be torn apart
                                        But over time, will acquire a new heart
                                        As all things fall so too must they rise
                                        For Original Sin to meet its demise.

            No one knows exactly when the prophecy was foretold, yet no matter how many times I hear it, it never seems to lose its meaning to me. Even as a child, it was hard to ignore. Word by word, it binds you and steals your attention. The words capture your soul and create a moment where you drift into the deep thoughts of your life and begin to imagine the impossible. Reality unfortunately is greedy and won't let you stay in your dreamworld for eternity. It steals you back without a moment of hesitation, never asking or regretting, only taking.
           But reality's not such a bad thing once you get used to it. I mean, we have it easy compared to that of the "Lost Age." They lived in a world full of chaos and stress. Everyone was always running around and in a hurry. Supposedly that was about 300 years. We're not sure exactly when it happened, or how it happened. We only know bits and pieces from what we find around the Earth, but supposedly humans had reached a new climax in evolution. They had done this manually, not by nature. They discovered a way to decipher our DNA almost flawlessly and begun to tamper with that which God had instilled upon us. They started by increasing our abilities by stealing some from other species. Humans had stolen the ability to fly from the birds. They stole the whales lung capacity and expanded it so that they could stay underwater for almost limitless intervals. They even started to take animals distinct sight, and their impenetrable skin. Humans were taking what God gave them and throwing it away for upgrades. This much we know. We've heard countless stories about how the humans were eventually destroyed, but the one that most people believe goes as follows;
           Humans discovered the abilities of God and began to abuse them. They started to lose all belief in religion and in fact, thought of themselves as God. God, full of fury and disappointment, came down to Earth and offered humans a chance for repentance. The humans laughed and instead of repenting, challenged God. God full of sadness was left no choice but to dismantle humans to the very simple creatures they had started out as. He took away their wings and technology. He took away all that they had worked to achieve. He reset Earth back to its immature state with a hope they would redeem themselves. As God had finished restarted the Earth, he left a slab of Gold with the prophecy engraved. He told the humans that they were being punished for their ancestor''s mistakes and if they could live a life of peace and happiness, then God would forgive them of their sins and give them a land of paradise. All who disobeyed and brought about chaos and pain would be destroyed, never to breathe life ever again.
