DUPLO Dacta
Dacta is LEGO Company for product to school and preschool, here can you find big set of some LEGO themes and some special bricks like Gears for DUPLO. 

The Set "LEGO DUPLO Fun Time Gears II" Item no 9655 is even hard to find on the LEGO Dacta web.
The smaller set "Early Simple Machines II Set" Article no: 9654.
There is a spare part set 2000680 with one of each of the part.
The Blue rubber band sold separatly in set 2000682 for 10 rubber bands.

There only some shop in every country which sell this Dacta boxes, look on the LEGO Dacta pages for more info where to buy. I have at least one of all set, which make it interest for me to add on some moving part in DUPLO construcions.
There is letter and number bricks to buy in Dacta products each brick is 2x2x0.5 and is flat on surface.

in bottom are a switch gears here can you change the gears buy pulling in and out the handle.
