Klarvin Home Page
1966 CLASS PHOTO:  Concerned with his preoccupation with torturing small animals, and hoping to instill a spirit of gentleness and sensitivity, Klarvin's parents sent him to the prestigious Prescott Academy, an all-girl school in Wading River, NY.  Unenthusiastic at first, Klarvin, (seated on right), eventually found his niche, and flowered as he never had before.  Winner of the coveted "Betty Crocker Future Homemaker" award, Klarvin was also extremely popular with his classmates, and always had a full dance card for the school's monthly Quilting and Line Dancing Socials.   It was at Prescott that Klarvin first developed what became a lifelong interest in fashion and makeup.   Even today, Klarvin's countenance still reveals evidence of the "Prescott look" (shiny high forehead, oversized glasses, and a tight-lipped grimace) that was all the rage in that day.
