Well we reached the end of the first week, and the Russian Techno Girls had to go home, this was despite a strong desire to stay with the rest of us! However they were not all who were going home, Ben had to go home. Unfortunately for Ben his father had fallen ill, and he had to fly back to help his mother.
So all in all it was a bit of a strange night when we eventually hit Veronica's! Well me and Majik decided that after a week of major larging it, we would go back for an early night! So at about 4:30 am, we made our way back towards the hotel.
We used the short-cut by the Bungee Rocket, as always. However this journey was different, because as we got to the bottom of the steps 4 Spanish lads started to follow us! We both knew that something was wrong, but we didn't mention it and we carried on walking. As we neared a crossroads in the path, we saw another 6 Spanish las waiting. As we got nearer, the Spaniards behind us shouted to them, and they stood up.
As we finally drew level with this group, they started to throw rocks at me and Majik, leaving us with no alternative but to run as fast as possible away from them!
However as we were running away a rock struck Majik on the side of the neck, and although we got away, it caused a nasty cut! So on reaching the hotel and discovering the damage, we were helped by a pissed up welsh girl who asked for a first aid kit and then cleaned the cut up!
However we caught an Airtours rep, who helped us, and told us to go to the hospital, so we got into a taxi, and went to the hospital, where Majik was seen to and the cut cleaned and bandaged. We eventually got back to the hotel at about 7:30am! So much for an early night!
Well when the others found out about the incident, they were none too pleased, and we decided that no one would use the short cut in a small group again!
We had to report the incident to the Police, so we drove out to the police station and waited to report the incident. Buying a bottle of water (cheapest place on the Island!!) as we waited! In the end they could do nothing (Suprise) but hey we tried!
