"All D2X Recipies (SPOILER)"

After some hefty work I managed to translate all the coding of the recipies. Note: There are a TON of recipes. Also, some of the codes I could not find the real names of, so if you see any three letter codes, do me a favor and help me find the actual item name...

Updates:
- Sorted into Enabled and Disabled
- Defined elite items in the Enabled section
- Found that the CUBEMAIN.txt defined the first four enabled recipes with a "0" in the expansion column. Thus these may be new recipes added to Classic Diablo 2 as well as D2X
- Added the Statistics for all Enabled Items (whew!)
- All Recipies that do not say Rare or Crafted are MAGICAL items (some with more mods than a normal magic item, I know).
