They Walk Among Us
Penguins have a voracious appetite for ice cream. They have been spotted worldwide fleeing the scenes of ice cream parlor robberies, ice cream truck hijackings, and suburban ice-box burglaries.
Penguin operatives can often be identified by their striped pajamas--few other birds wear such garb.
All government agencies either deny, or refuse to comment on, a national or global threat from the Antarctic.
Any connection with Spetsnaz's world domination faction has been viciously denied by the PTA (Penguin Takeover Authority), but some doubt the validity of those claims.
PTA Cells exist globally, but they're more concentrated where the human population is higher.
One of the strongest and most prominent cells is in the area of Spokane, Washington, USA. It is divided ito 2 groups: 1 in the home, and 1 in the office, of Dr. Richard A. Watson, AKA "RAWA", official D'ni Historian for Cyan Worlds, Inc.
King Peter has a special interest in Dr. Watson, and once made a public threat regarding his intentions to get all of Dr. Watson's birthday ice cream.
