| hi everyone... it has been 4 months since i updated my site and some ole stories on my rex...anyways...loads have been happening within the 120 days... well..i certainly didnt travel around the world... but i went nuts in Singapore/KL/Selangor/Japan looking for AFFORDABLE parts for my car.... well.. the list goes as below.... 1) I managed to finally get rid of those damn uncomfortable fat arse recaro millenium... both have been replaced with a pair of prefect condition, beautiful, mega comfy Version 4 STi seats. Got them second hand from a buddy who happens to drive a ferrari and maserati everyday. (he's the salesman at Next Car by the way... :) ) took 3 goddamn hours to fit it in my car (hey I'm trained electrical engineer....not a mechanic...heheh) .but thank goodness it was perfect fit.. The colour is just superb and hell ya.. the STi traces on the seat is just eye catching man!! oh ya.. i paid the fella rm1700 for these... pretty darn pricey but what the hell... for a nice pair... why not... 2) Ordered a set of STi pedals from a friend who happens to work as a part time She-Male in japan! hahahahha... he got a needle dicky.... :P anyways... got it real cheap man.. 340 Bucks... great deal huh? in singapore the same thing would have ripped me off at least 230 SGD.... try check it out at Gan's or Garage R in SIngapore.... again.. it took me 3 bloody hours to put it in... ok ok.. i am not a retard..but....hell.. i gotta do 3 things at 1 go to fit the nice pedals in u know... i had to slide the pedal in, press it, fit the stupid blots, hold the nuts at the back of the pedal, and use allen keys to screw it in...... shucks! anyway... got it done...and my sweet wife served me a drink upon seeing my sweaty face..... thanks darling.... 3) Next..... spent 1 evening in Eudos... or eneus... or anus... or whatever shit it's called.... the one in 1 Utama... saw this nice ground wyres set..... universal kit.. fits all cars......that was written on the box,.and i thought.. yeah right.... but true enough... a friend bought it ...and wallah... perfect fit my dear... i got Tech Tune to install the silly ass thingy into my engine... and u know what.. my idling is so much smoother.....my lights are a lot brighter...and i can feel the power comes in pretty much quicker... at 1-2-3-4 gears...... just nice man.... and i paid 88 bucks for this... nice deal!!! really satisfied with it.. and the engine bay looks a bit nicer with some blue traces.... heheh.. a bit of ah beng feel man! 4) u know what.. i was in Type R kedai potong on the 3nd day of raya... yeah.. i have no life! hahaha...well it wasnt planned.. i just dropped by to look-see-look-see and what i found... STi gearknobs.... best of all.. brand new.... complete with the gearing indicators!!!! price.RM220... managed to talk it down to RM100... not bad ah my negotiating skills?? heheheh installation.. 3 minutes...... 5) shit.. malas nak type lah.... okay... i also bought a set of CUsco shocks... rm1400... complete with pillar ball mount... a cusco oil catch tank..rm100 second hand..... 6) i have ordered a pair of ganador wing mirrors from japan.. it's coming this month..it looks like the M3 side mirror....but..just nicer...check it out in the picture below....and a carbon fibre bonnet from japan as well.. rm250 for the wing and rm900 for the bonnet.. BARGAIN man... 7) My turbine koyak a day before raya.. sent the car to Tech Tune... got the Vf23 installed... Roller bearing IHI turbos.... kicks in at 2800 rpm... hehehhe... i am still smiling till this moment as I can still feel the G man!!!! cost me 1000++ 8) and.... finally.. i am at the midst of negotiating an intercooler water spray kit with this kiasu siangporean.... he quoted SGD130... which is good price.. but i think i only wanna pay him sgd100.. so if the deal goes through... i will have one more gadget to play with in the car...... 9) Last but not least, i bought the original STi key as well... got it from Hong Kong at RM80..cheap..but nice.... pictures will come in very soon..stay tuned.... okay.... i will upload the pictures later.. i need to buy a digicam... but each time i am at the shop.. my mind goes off somewhere else....heheh..so tak jadi beli.... oh ya..i bought a new watch as well... Breitling Wind Hat..... oh..did i mention i am a watch collector as well..... i have 1 tag heuer 4000 series 1 tag heuer 2000 series 1 Tag heuer Kirium F1 I Breitling WInd Hat I casio g shock 1 casio data bank 3 Swatch 1 Fossil.. till later... ciciwawa...bye bye..... |
