Simply put, therapy involves having
someone who has the advantage of
viewing your issues from a different
perspectiveWhich enables them to
provide you with his/her profesional
impressions and ideas about your life
and/or family situation.  Since the
therapist is not emotionally involved,
he/she can see things more clearly
than you may.  The counselor may
point out unrecognized strengths and
offer ideas for positive change.

Einstein was Right

Einstein once said  �We will never
solve the problems of the world at the
same level of understanding that
created  them�.  Einstein  was correct
both at the global as well as the
personal level.   The reason why
individuals or families struggle with
soloving problems is that they are too
caught up in the midst of the conflict
or issue to view it from a different
perspective..

Belive it or not , a therapist has no
magical abilitites to probe into a
person and reveal hidden thoughts
and feelings. Therapy is a source of
productive change and
encouragement so that one�s
potential can be fulfilled.
