Northeast District Award Guidelines
Governor’s Cup:
Purpose: To recognize the Most Improved Chapter
Requirements: Nomination from one of the following:
§ Chapter Sponsor
§ Director of Bands
§ Another Chapter
§ District Council
Mail to: District
Governors and District Member-at-Large by February
28th, 2008.
District Outstanding Sponsor Award:
Purpose: To honor one Chapter Sponsor for their outstanding involvement
Requirements: Complete Nomination form, including the two essays.
Mail to: District
Member-at-Large by February 28th,
2008.
Music Education Awareness Award:
Purpose: To recognize chapters for their service to music education
Requirements: Complete application, including attached essay and signatures
Mail to: District
Member-at-Large by February 28th,
2008.
Northeast District Personal Academic Achievement
Award:
Purpose: To honor Active or Associate brothers who maintain a 3.5 GPA or above for the previous calendar year (Spring 2007 & Fall 2007).
Requirements: Complete application, including transcripts or grade reports, and necessary signatures
Mail to: District
Governors by February 28th,
2008.
Northeast District Chapter Academic Achievement Award:
Purpose: To honor chapters who maintain a 3.0 GPA or above average for the previous calendar year (Spring 2007 & Fall 2007).
Requirements: Complete application including necessary signatures
Mail to: District
Member-at-Large by February 28th,
2008.
