Every two weeks, the Council will pick a prize and gives it to a Raffle ticket holder. The more tickets you have, the greater your chances of winning!
Simple stuff. Just visit our Shop and pick up a Raffle ticket.... to get a ticket you need to spend 500 NP or more. tickets are cleared after every two weeks (around midnight, on a Friday), and the contest starts over.
By the way, if you're wondering how exactly a winner is picked, I will give each ticket holder a 4 digit number and then i will place each number into a container and then draw like that and then i will post the winner on the board and if it's not clamed by the first 2 days then i will pick another winner...
