Washer Sniping!
ok, most cars have this hoses to wet the front window of the car, if your car has one, the next is really easy. First, twist the hose so that it faces to the outside. Now get in your car and pass where there can be a bunch of people(eg. Bus Stop), and just when you are passing by, turn the hose on, and if you are lucky and wet someone, you will see his angry face. To have even more fun lower your window and shout something like "HAHAHAHA LOSER, YOU ARE ALL WET, BET'YA CAN'T GET ME"......and run away.
