Please....
	
	Be sure that you run the Ad-aware program every time you use the internet.
	Or the Yahoo toolbar virus software .

	1. Click the start button 
	2. Click on "All Programs"
	3. Click on "Ad-Aware 6" 
	4. When you see the window Click on the Scan now button
	5. In the bottom window, click on "Check for updates now"
		if there are updates available load them and click the finish button
	6. At the bottom of the window, click the "Start" button
	7. Leave settings as they are and click on the "Next" botton.
	8. Wait..
	9. you will see a window that has some items on them. (you need to click or check 
		on the checkbox next to the items listed. Check them all
	10. click the "Next" botton
	11. when it is done you will see a message. >>> click "Ok" button
	12. your done. close the Ad-aware window.
	13. Now go into your internet explorer 
		and click on Tools / then Internet options
	14. On the general Tab, click the Delete files button.
		you can then close that window.
	15. Now double click on the My Computer icon on your desktop.
		Right mouse click on the Local Disk (C:) icon.
		Select properties from the list.
		then click on the Disk Cleanup button.
		All the items are selected so click Ok.
		(wait for that to finish)
		I have done this so if you do it often it will be quick.
	16. Now click on the Disk Defragmenter on your desk top.
		this is to keep your machine clean and tidy.
				
 		It takes some time but is well worth it.

	I have set your Windows Update feature in the 
	Control Panel to be automatic. 
	You will see a little shield in the tray 
	at the bottom right of the screen that looks like a shield.
	Clicking it will update your computer directly from Microsoft.
	A good thing.
