[Karl you are WRONG]
...the homestead was [and still is] in the Sheep Creek community in Sioux 
County. You may not be able to tell it on a map... but Henry, Nebraska, 
is due south of the Sheep Creek community, and as you drive through Henry on 
Highway 26 you are in Scotts Bluff County, but if you turn off to the north 
on Henry's main street or on the highway that goes north to Sheep Creek you 
will depart Scotts Bluff County after the 2nd house on the 1st block of main 
street, or a comparable distance on the highway north to Sheep Creek. 
[I learned that little tidbit when I was a census enumerator for Sioux and 
Scotts Bluff Counties in the 1990 U. S. Census ;-) ]

      Mother: Eliza - 1st wife - HARKNESS (b 18 Feb 1810)

Emigration: "at the age of 63 years old, Emma Eliza [Parsons] Fogle traveled 
by train from Port Allegany, Pennsylvania, to Morrill, Nebraska, and took up 
a soldier's widow's claim of 150 acres in the "Sheep Creek" community north of 
Henry, Nebraska; where she resided until; her death in 1910.  
Death: died at home in the Sheep Creek community, son Charles S. accompanied 
body back to Port Allegany, Pa for burial.
