Most of S.C.O.J. wells belong to the category C3-S1, that is "high salinity hazard" and "low sodium hazard". Sodium is normally not the dominant cation, since the water comes mostly from limestone. "Salinity hazard" between 750 and 2250 microSiemens/cm is relatively a severe criterion.
