This is a 3D shaded image of the model so far. The frame under the cook chamber extends under the firebox as well and will be the 'core' of the trailer that will eventually be designed around the cooker. You can again see the 'dam' ends of the reverse flow baffles on levels 1 and 3 as well as a glimpse of the opening between the firebox and the cooking chamber. The smoke stack opening is also visible here.
Preliminary CAD work on the 'Custom Smoke Super Cooker'
This diagram shows the front top and firebox end of the Custom Smoke Super Cooker. In the front view you can see the 3 reverse flow baffles (visible by the small upturned end on each) as well as the 3 'pizza oven' style door openings (doors not shown) You may also notice the small rectangular shaped duct in the lower right corner of the cooking chamber, these are small (3"x3") bypass ducts that allow heat and smoke to bypass the primary reverse flow baffle and circulate directly to the second level cooking shelf (these will be controled by slide dampers from outside the cooker.) The firebox is 24x24x24 and will have doors on the top and end as well as damper control in the end door. When complete this cooker will have right as 22 square feet of cooking area.

Another 3D shaded image of the model from a little different angle. In this view, you can see the 'dam' end of the reverse flow baffle on level 2. You can also see the back bypass duct which will be welded on top of the first level reverse flow baffle against the back wall/firebox corner of the cooking chamber. The smoke stack opening is also visible here.
Just another slightly different 3D view. This shows the openings in the firebox a little better.
