| The sixth grade class is now wrapped up in their study of Ancient Egypt. As a class we created a KWL bulletin board. We wrote what we know (or think we know) about ancient Egypt, what we want to learn about ancient Egypt, and as we finish studying a topic we include what we learned. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| As part of our unit on ancient Egypt we studied about the process of mummification. Now we are putting our knowledge to the test! The students have been divided into 7 groups where they will be making an actual mummy! Not of another person, but of a cornish game hen.
