We know this is a very busy time of year for everyone...

I've just started working at Southminster Presbyterian Church. My parents have worked as custodians here for 15 years and I just recently joined them in that capacity and have been on board now for about 4 weeks as the Secretary in the church office (9-2:30 M-Th and 9-1 on Fridays).
Jon's Grandfather died on November 20th. He was unable to make it into work for a few days after that, so he'll be doing a lot of job-hunting come January. Jon just finished re-roofing our front porch and doing a few handy-man chores in our little basement apartment. I have high hopes of having a "real" kitchen sink as part of my Christmas present!
The Incomparable Miss Celia is now spending her days with Gramma and Grampa. Its like pulling teeth over there, they can't stand her. (hahaaaaaaa) She's such a blessing to us. She wakes up smiling every morning and loves to hum along when I sing to her. She's quite a dancer/acrobat when she hears any little bit of music start to play.
Kelsey is now a Junior at College of the Ozarks!
Katrina will be joining us on Thursday, December 22nd to celebrate Christmas with us!
...and in the mean time, we watch a few t.v. shows and movies here and there. I work on my scrapbook and photo projects. I sewed the capes for the Jingle Angels in our tiny little production at church. I made a few other Christmas sewing projects (that shall remain unmentioned until opened on Christmas day). Celia (who I know won't be reading this) will be receiving a lovely new blanket, compliments of her crazy-sewing Mommy! ...Jon's got his garage to tinker in (NO GIRLS ALLOWED) and love of video games to keep him occupied in the wee hours. And we're not sure what Cindy does upstairs, we just hear thumping on the ceiling once in awhile. (maybe we should check on her?)
