The web development landscape of today is rife with awesome projects and talented people — these factors move the industry forward, but also make it harder for every web developer to stand out. To solve this problem, we create portfolios — testaments to our proficiency in web technologies and aesthetics.
I am interested in trends in the field of web design, online stores, blogs, user experience and user interface design.
Front-end web development, also known as client-side development is the practice of producing HTML, CSS and JavaScript for a website or Web Application so that a user can see and interact with them directly. The challenge associated with front end development is that the tools and techniques used to create the front end of a website change constantly and so the developer needs to constantly be aware of how the field is developing. He specializes in illustration, branding & identity design, and interface design. He believes that design is a process and that through research and exploration, the right solution will present itself.
The projects I implement are of high quality. He pays great attention to the details of the design and the quality of the code I write. I take into account W3C standards, optimization, conventions and semantics of the code.
The first impression is extremely important — and your overall visual design, user interface, and user experience are all tasked with creating a good one. Even though it’s tempting to leave “all the good stuff” to your real-world projects and let recruiters judge you by those, remember: a portfolio website with unpleasant design can prevent your users from ever accessing your works. They say a picture is worth a thousand words — and a picture showing you the horrors of bad design is even more powerful.
