    Debts

One of my business-inclined friend asked me this question, "If you have 6K debt each with 3 credit card companies (making it 18K debt), and you only have 6K cash, what would you do?" And I told him, I would pay off one of the credit cards, not realizing that the answer that he have in mind is totally different.

He asked me, "you know what's the problem? the problem is that you are trying to solve a 18K problem with 6K, you should actually use the 6K to generate 18K so that you can solve the 18K problem".

Well, at first it sounds so logical, and enlightening. Yet at second thought, its childish to think of the way that he thinks though, you already get into a 18K debt by trying to make more money, if you try to make 18K out of the 6K you have, what makes you think you won't have debts of 36K at the end of the day?

Well, though its hard, I still feel that the proper way of getting out of this is just to work hard, and pay off your debt slowly, even though it might takes 5 to 10 years to do so. Greed Kills.
