This one I can NOT resist, because I get
asked all the time. Prior to being
known as ^Phoenix_PM, I was John_da_PeaceMaka <this nickname was shortlived and
followed my original nickname BadKarma>; after several um puns about PeaceMaka, I
changed it to ^Phoenix <not after the city, but the mythological firebird. I've always
held that legend quite close to my
being.>, but no one knew who I was.. and it was getting rather tiresome to tell
everyone, again, that I was John, aka PeaceMaka, aka BadKarma.. so, to hint them in, I
added a "PM" to my name, signifying "PeaceMaka". Thus,
^Phoenix_PM was born.. from the
ashes of past nicknames.
