This award is dedicated to those people who have taken the time to put their heart and soul into making a difference through their websites.  It is for people who refuse to stand idly by and watch while something or someone they care about is used, abused, destroyed, broken, tortured or ignored.

To receive this award you don't have to be an expert at creating websites, all you need is just one page dedicated to a cause you believe in.  One page that highlights the plight of someone or something, and ideas on what people can do to make a difference.  This award is for personal sites only.

This site is dedicated to children everywhere.  Mary aka Dizzy has worked tirelessly to bring attention to missing children and campaigns to help change laws so these children can be brought home safely.  Please visit her site and see for yourself.  Isn't it worth it to take just a few minutes out of your day if it means a lost child finds his/her way home?  Find out what you can do to put pressure on politicians to change the laws that allow red tape to get in the way of a child's safety!  Every call, every fax, every email counts!  Imagine if it was YOUR child...
