Wellington
The capital city of New Zealand. Boasting the Te Papa national museum and the most coffeeshops per capita of any city in the world. We had many cups of coffee but we missed the museum because of the Superbowl - the pinnacle of American sport. This would be a really great city if it wasn't for the damned wind.

The very modern, very cool city center of Wellington.
A funky wooden bridge connecting the city center to the harbour - a Wellington landmark.
A view of of the city from the Botanical Gardens.
Feeling up a statue in the Botanical Gardens.
A view from the speedy Lynx ferry as we crossed the Cook Strait to the South Island.
