PARTNERSHIP IN EDUCATION The Smyrna Golden "K" Kiwanis is proud to be an official "Partner in Education" with Kings Springs Elementary School. The agreement was signed at the King Springs Elementary School PTSA meeting on September 6, 2001 by Ms. Betty Jo Jackson, Principal of King Springs School and by Duane Paris, President of the Kiwanis Club. "Partners in Education" is a program sponsored by the Cobb County Chamber of Commerce and the Cobb County Public School System. "Partners in Education" is designed to establish a voluntary relationship between an organization and a school. The relationship is designed to create a support system that helps meet the needs of the school through the resources of the organization for the benefit of both. |
