John Howe, past Lt. Governor of Division 34, out the variety for service in Kiwanis. We are each a member of our Mtn view Club, Division 34, CA-Neva District, and the International. The District Foundation was started in 1965 in response to a flood in Klamath, CA. The CANeva District has over 20,000 members. John gave a strong endorsement that "giving comes from the heart"
