Hopping from Betelgeuse in Orion to stars 13 & 8 in Monoceros.
Extend an imaginary straight line between star 8 & 13,
NCG 2264 located at the end of the line which star 13 located at center.
Also, it can be seen in finder scope. At eyepiece, I couldn't see like
Christmas Tree, which is its nick name, also no nebulosity can be observed.
Refer to text: 40 stars bathed in bright nebulosity,
small dark nebula called 'cone nebula' located at southeast of the cluster.
