Hopping from Betelgeuse, in Orion constellation, to stars 13 & 8 in Monoceros
,center at star mag6 which is at the top of imaginary triangle comprise of stars 13, 8
and the star mag6. Goto eyepiece, NGC 2244 appeared as big open cluster but
couldn't detect for nebulosity of rosette nebula.
The rosette nebula is NGC 2237-39,46 which NGC 2244 located in. The
apparent angular size is 80' x 60' for nebula, it needs lowest power and darkest sky.
NGC 2244 consists of 100 stars max mag5.8
