Big crater, smooth & dark floor with two small craters, nice mountains wall especially the southern side (upper left).
Refer to text book "Touring the Universe through Binoculars" It is Mare Crisium, the sea of Crises, large oval plain, size 432 x 560 km, elongated in East-West direction. It has no connection to other maria.
The big crater on the north side (lower right) is Coleomedes, side 130 x 142 km
