Start from one leg of w-shape of Cassiopia, hop to star 27 -->star37 and make a long hopping to the double cluster in Perseus the marginal wonderful scene of this hopping session. Then hop to star15-->star23 & 18-->star33(Mirphak)-->star27-->star14. Star 14 and two stars mag7 form as triangle. Extend straight line from star14 & star mag7 at twice distance, M34 can be seen in finder scope like a star. At eyepiece M34 appeared as big but not condense cluster

Refer to text: 60 stars detached no concentration, moderate in brightness, very large and bright, Max mag9.5, square shape, no nebulosity, extends 16 ly, age 220 million years. Home
