| Bat Gates |
| Gates are sometimes built in caves to protect endangered bats from human disturbance. |
| Gates are designed to allow free passage of bats and airflow in and out of the cave. A few years ago, I helped others to build such a gate in southern Indiana. Here are a few pictures. |
