The Werenah are the either the friendliest of the demon races, or the cruelest. The Werenah are animal morphs. They only have one animal form to morph into, whether it is a complete morph or a hybrid morph. Werenah are incapable of magick outside of their shifting. Werenah live in packs of no more than 20 or they live alone. The strongest of their packs can evenly match the strength of the Vex, but even the strongest of the Werenah consequently lack in their morphing abilities.
Werenah in their mortal forms resemble a human except for their strange colored birthmarks that will adorn their bodies in various places. Often these birthmarks will serve as marking in their animal coats or plumage in their other forms. They also stand normal human heights, but they do live extraordinarily long.
The Werenahs have three form like their human-like form as previously mentioned. They also have a full animal form where they take the shape of an animal pre-selected by the tribe elders before their births. In this full form they resemble exactly a true animal, be it a bush dragon or a mountain lion, or a hound (you get the idea). The only differences it that Werenah are not restricted in fur/plumage/scale coloring. Their animal forms will hold the same color as their hair and birthmarks. The third form is the hybrid form, where the Werenah can take a mix of human and animal blend. This form can be used for survival or to enhance strength, but often it is used only to be recognized by other Werenah or when the Werenah feels a need to use it.
Werenah are among the most intelligent of the lower demons, and unlike most other demons, possess a unique understanding of mortal emotions that the others do not. The demon races consider the Werenah the most human of the demons, and often consider them a as misfits to the demon race.
