The Dwinled are a gnome-like creature that tend to live underground near wooded areas. Often when you find dwinled, you will find trelf, as the two races often coexist together. The dwinled are the forest protectors. They are short, never getting much higher than 4 feet, but about as strong as any of the ower demons, save for the Vex. Their weapons of choice are stone axes or metal and short swords of a multitude of variety. Dwinled are near sighted and do no good in tracking unless they use their noses. They have the best sense of smell out of all the fae races. Their underground caverns are always nearby the trelf crops, and they are often the harvestors when they are not on rounds to protect the crop. Also, the dwinled do most of the human/demon relations for the Trelfs in exchange for shelter within the forests and wood from their crops. It is not uncommon to see the Dwinled selling Trelf merchandise. Dwinled are mostly born without magick, though a few of their members are born with small amounts of earth shaping, and tend powers that enable them to maintain fertile soils and contruct their underground towns.
