Depressed
A girl is depressed,
Just sits at her desk
A boy just a child,
No trace of a smile
Another day passes,
All their dull classes
Fears and ghosts
Haunt them the most
How cn they hide?
For this is inside
Think it through,
Just act subdued
Do the routine,
Never feel free
Secretly want help
Can't seek it themselves
And they are so lost,
Then again maybe not
For we don't know
We need to grow
A whole lot more,
Not be so immature
Be kind to each other
Help out one another
It's easy and plain
Inside we're the same
Pass them in the hall
Think they're just dull
Take a moment to care,
For someone, be there
It could mean a lot
It's hope you just brought
They're so depressed,
And that's just messed
Before you walk by,
Stop to wonder why
Don't immediately judge
Or give them a nudge
Don't give them the finger
Or point and linger
Unless you know why,
Don't you dare even try!
