| Memmories of a Friend |
| My life goes on, But my friend stays still, His life done before his time, His body gone. He never graduated when he should, His life cut short, I've had to move on, He touched so many lives while he could. Now I'm here, Scared to leave, Life has passed me by, It's Senior Year. Days pass by like whisps of mist, Graduation Day draws near, Am I ready for that to happen? I keep thinking of all the things I've missed. I'm not a little girl, Young woman I have become. Scarry the thought is, But the days go by in a whirl. It's Senior Year, Classes, grades, sports plays, This is when it all matters most, This is when reality hits... it's finnaly here. I won't let you down, Nick. College won't hold me back, I'll reach my goals, my dreams, I won't fall into the clique. I'll Graduate knowing I've given it my all, I'll keep your memmory close at heart, I'll get through this year, I know I won't fall. |
