History:
In a past Jenica hides from the universe, Jenica showed promice at an early age in fighting. She tended to be somewhat rougher than most girls and often got in fights with the boys in her classes. Her mother, trying to avoid further harm to her daughter, enrolled Jenica in a martial arts training class. Jenica thrived in the atmosphere of competition and fighting. Tournements and free sparring were her favorite parts.

As Jenica grew older and more mature she and her mother developed a strong relationship. Jenica continued in her martial arts, but picked up interest in weaponry and explosives. Not her mother's prefered interests for her daughter, but they kept her busy, they kept her off the streets. It was in Jenica's teen years that she discovered her knack for things that exploded and weapons. She also lost just about every friend she ever had during that time. Either due to her "strangeness," death, or simply not wanting anything to do with her anymore beacuse she was so diffrent.

When Jenica left high school and joined the acadamy she continued in her interest in tactics, explosives, weapons, and hand to hand combat. She actualy surprised her instructer a few times with her knowledge of various compounds that made up certin types of explosives. Her interests in it bothered others. She tended to live a fairly isolated life in Starfleet while she was there. People either thought her "to strange" or not worth their time. Jenica's mother died just before Jenica graduated and she was left alone to face the galaxy.

Shortly after Jenica was asigned to a newly comissioned Starfleet ship as an assistant tactical officer Jenica couldn't take it anymore and left, no warning, no notice, nothing. During her twenty third mission with the Eliptis Jenica vanished without a trace dissapearing into a world few would admit even existed at that time. Jenica was 25 years old at that time. Over the past several years Jenica had developed a strong, firey personality that refused to let anything get in her way. She still had compassion for others, though unless people knew her really well it was hard to see.

A year after vanishing the 32 year old woman met a smugglar named Jack O'Niell, what happened between them Jenica has yet to let on or tell anyone, but in the end they broke apart. Jencia, having lost her entire family, got sick of his lack of caring... for anyone or anything but himself. Her patience wore thin, her buttons pushed to many times. Her eyes tended to capture a "fire" that would burn within them when she gets angered or stubborn and that would be the last time he would ever see her eyes flash with those flames, or so she hoped..

Over the next seven years Jenica worked for whoever paid the highest using her explosive knowledge of assasinations, bombings, anything. Her time at Starfleet had taught her tricks around and through their loopholes that allowed her to get away easily. She refused to allow her past to haunt her and had yet to find a cause to make her own. She needed to keep going and refused to think of what others thought or might say. What those thoughts or feelings were were irrelivent to what she had to do and what she was doing to keep going. Life made little sense to her, but she kept going, her presence seemed to draw people to her, her firey personality, stubborness, independent ness, and her ability to command when needed. She refused to let anyone or anything keep her down. Even with a war going on she took little notice, little care. In some ways war was good for buisness. She spent most of her time alone always training, learning new techniques for explosives, new weaponry, new forms and styles of combat.

Several years after meeting O'Niell Jenica met another man, Thomas Riker and joined his resistance group as a demoltions expert. She had found a cause, something to fight for, something she had been searching for all her life. Finnaly, she dug out an old picture of her mother, just before she died and had it implanted in a necklace that looked like just an ordinary crystal, but if you looked at it close enough you could see the picture of her mother refracting into infinity, and when Jenica pushed a hidden button the picture would show itself fully to her. Jenica began keeping the past from those she worked with, letting her past stay hidden and unknown. No one has yet been able to unlock the secreats that Jenica carrys with her. Not even her previous lovers could figure out the puzzle in her mind.

Few know her past, but if Jenica were to discribe it to someone she would use one word. Alone.
