When she was old enough she joined Starfleet and went to the acadamy specalizing in flight. Her first asignment was the USS Carthag. In the beginning she was the assistant helm officer until the CONN ended up getting killed on a mission to Deep Space 5. Kalliea had been ordered to stay on board the ship, along with several other officers, most of which were assistants. All of the command staff who had gone to DS5 ended up being killed mysteriously. Always looking for a puzzle, Kalliea had gone over the facts of what they had found and narrowed down the murderers to only a few people. The Captain of the USS Carthag did the rest, and Kalliea got promoted to Leuitenant and commanding helm officer of the ship. A short time later, Kalliea was promoted again after suggesting a sucessful way for peace on two waring planets near the Delta Quadrant. The two people's of the clusters of planets had been fighting for centuries, no one could remember even the origional cause of the war during a brain storm held by the Captain. When she was twenty nine she got transfered to the USS Infinity. Starting out as the helm officer, Kalliea enjoyed her post, when the opertunity to become the ships Second Officer Kalliea jumped at it, where it would lead she didn't know, yet she continued her duties at helm. During her time as SO the Captian of Infinity asigned her and the current XO to be co-Execuitive Officers, since the XO at that time was known to not be completely dependable about showing up for his shifts, Kalliea took over and her patience seemed to have no end. Kalliea continued life on Infinity, and eventualy her patience paid off and she became the Exucitive Officer of the ship. Leaving her helm post behind she joined Captian K'pluie in command of the ship. Having a Klingon captian has been a challenge at times. She often has had to remind K'pluie that this is a Federation ship and that ramming the ship into a Romulan Warbird is not an option, but Kalliea has endured it and enjoyed it completely. |
