Two thousand and one
A day forever remembered
The day mourning begun.
When part of us falls
The whole nation will weep
The love is apparent,
But the anger runs deep
Prayers to the families
Who lost so many they love
But remember they will be safe
In the heavens above.
Many innocent lives
were taken away
But the United Sates will seek justice
The terrorists will pay
So many times
We fought for what's right
We won't be silenced
We will put up a fight.
With the terror before us
We must unite as one
Stand up for our country
Until the horror is done
Our people saw a great evil
An evil knowen by few
But our nation will stand strong
Our America will stand true.
United we stand
Divided we would fall
But we will come together
With liberty and justice for all
