Whether you love them or fear them, everyone should respect these magnificent creatures. These great cousins to our little angels need just as much protection and care as our babies do. Their habitats are being destroyed, and among other things, they are being killed for thier beautiful fur. Some are kept in captivity in harsh conditions by people who do not know how to care for them, or who don't care about them. There are several wonderful organizations to help those in the wild, and sanctuaries to help those in captivity to find a new home with a staff who knows how to care for them. Many of these are non-profit organizations who depend on donations from kind and caring people like us to provide help for these wonderful cats.
