I live in the east suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio.  Here are some of the really nice places there are to visit in my corner of the world.  These pictures were all taken during November of 1999... Late Autumn around here.
This is my lake.  Lake Erie. One of the Great Lakes of the USA.  We share her with Canada about 55 miles across the lake.  She's also home to some of the greatest Walleye fishing in the world.
These next photos are all parts of the Cleveland Metroparks.  Also known as the Emerald Necklace.  The section of the park that's like a home away from home to me is called The North Chagrin Reservation.
This is a little place I sometimes like to take my lunch and just enjoy the scenery.
Buttermilk Falls.
This is Squire's Castle. Follow this link for it's illustrious history.  Squire's is one of my all time favorite places in the area.  It holds many different, but all wonderful, memories for me.
The Duck Pond my grandmother used to take us to all the time to feed the ducks after church on Sundays.
The boardwalk over the nature preserve.
