What Is Love?
Love is the most important ingredient in life. We all go towards love, we thrive on love, grow on love, and would die without it. Love cannot be held and placed in a box for later. It is an energy that encircles us and it exists everywhere. Love is a feeling in the body, in the emotions, and in the spiritual realms. It is an experience, a knowing, a connection to another human being, to nature and to our higher being. If you want to increase love in your life, you must be willing to look forward and let go of your past patterns. You must believe in your ability to love even more than you have ever loved in the past.

Chivalry
What has happened to showing chivalry to women? Is chivalry out the door? Times have changed, and women today need to see these gestures as tokens of respect and affection, not sexist put-downs.  "Revive chivalry" This is a unique quality, so don't stop being a gentleman just because some women don't appreciate it. You will find alot of women who will love this quality and appreciate your affection.

Romance
Remember that romance can be categorized into two kinds: First is the "expected" romance, which includes celebrating each other's birthdays, buying each other gifts for Christmas, Valentines Day, anniversaries, etc.  Second is the "unexpected" romance, which includes those "little surprises" that usually mean the most; candlelit dinners, champagne toasts, weekend getaways, watching the sunset together, sending funny, romantic, or sexy greeting cards, massages, romantic movies, and, last of all, "Love Letters." Trade off between the expected and unexpected

Romance Is a State of Mind
If you have the right mindset, you can make cleaning and doing laundry together romantic. If you have the wrong mindset, you can turn what was to be a romantic candlelit dinner into a unromantic evening for sure!

Tell yourself that you "feel extremely loving, romantic and sexy" and watch how you can deliver! Don't allow yourself to make excuses. Instead, control your negative thinking and change your "state of mind."

Why is Conversation So Important To Women?

Communication is how women express their
feelings. If you fail to meet your mates needs, it may influence your ability to fulfill each other. For example, without conversation, how can either one of you successfully meet your mate's need for sex or affection? If your mate feels she can't talk to you she will explore other avenues for meeting this need.

It Begins With Open Communication

Express your feelings. Most couples have an intense fear of expressing their feelings openly. Couples are always afraid of conflict and will avoid telling each other how they really feel. They deny their feelings, and then act them out. You can prevent this if you
ask your mate  to tell you more about how they are feeling.  Take time out of your busy day to ask your partner how they are feeling.
