Welcome to Youth Court, an option of the Diversion Program of the Kitsap County Juvenile Court.  In Youth Court, juvenile offenders are prosecuted, defended and sentenced by their peers.   The program offers unique opportunities to all participants to both learn about the consequences of criminal behavior, and to make positive contributions to our community.

Hearing dates for 2004-2005:
(the 3rd Wednesday of each month):
November 17
December 15
January 19
February 16
March 16
April 20
May 18
June 22

Volunteers are to check in between 5:00 - 5:15 pm; respondents and
family are to check in by 5:15 pm; volunteer briefing will begin at 5:15
pm; first exit hearing will begin at 5:30pm and the first new offense
hearing will begin immediately after the exit hearing(s).
