| Fat is Good For You! | ||||||||||
| Here it is folks! Here's my best rant yet. This rant is about low fat and non-fat foods. You know, like low fat milk, reduced fat butter, low fat nuts, 99% fat free meat, etc. This crap REALLY pisses me off. First of all, that fat is put there for a REASON. My guess, TO CONSUME IT! It was not put there to be removed! Fat is an essential nutrient for growth and natural health. So, in removing this fat, we are diminishing our health and stunting out growth. Not ONLY are we restricting ourselves of nessecariy nutrients, but we're also cutting back on taste! Now truthfully, have ANY of you actually eaten low or non-fat food that has actually tasted like it's supposed to taste? My guess is no. Fat free (or low fat) milk for example. That shit is the NASTIEST stuff EVER! And why might you ask? Because it lacks the NATURALLY GOOD FOR YOU FAT THAT IT WAS CREATED WITH! Truthfully, I'm getting SO sick of all this low fat and non-fat crap. Everywhere I look they're cutting the fat off of EVERYTHING! Low fat tofu, low fat butter, reduced fat milk, fat free cheese. WHAT... THE... FUCK! As I said before, These things are SUPPOSED to have fat in them. It's part of what makes that food what it is! You can't just take the fat out of butter either! You wanna know what butter is? It's a big, hulking stick of FAT. And it tastes WONDERFUL! Now I'm sure all of you are thinking "Well fat can't be THAT good for you if you get obese from eating too much!" Yeah okay, wanna know why these people get blubbering by eating fat? Because they don't eat NATURAL fat. They eat the kind of fat that comes in potatoe chip bags, processed foods (like nacho cheese for example), and greasy ass cheeseburgers. What do they expect? It's completely horrific for your body and it's not a NATURAL thing. Your body isn't just going to say "Oh look, a greasy, artifical potatoe chip! Let's turn this into wonderful nutrients for this dumbshit's body!" No... it doesn't work like that. And you people know who you are. Choking on a fucking cheeseburger like there's no fucking tomorrow then sitting on your ass watching soap operas all day and blaming these fast food joints for your problems. There's another thing that pisses me off to NO end. Stupid people. How in the hell can it be the fast food joint's fault that you're getting fat off of the cheeseburgers that YOU CHOSE TO BUY, and YOU CHOSE TO EAT! It just DOES NOT make sense AT ALL. You wanna know WHY you're a fat fucker? Because you're sitting on your ass eating McDonald's until kingdom come. Go get off your fat ass and walk to the gym! Maybe swim a little. Don't sit there feeling sorry for yourself because "you don't have enough self discipline to go to the gym and get skinny." FUCK THAT. You have enough self discipline to get your ass up in the morning and drive yourself to McDonald's. I'm sure you can force yourself to get on the fucking treadmill and run until you don't jiggle anymore. To finish up, you fuckers who keep making low fat things, stop. Now. We don't want your low-fat shit. We want our good tasting fucking food bad. Give us our healthy fat and STOP DEPRIVING US OF OUR AWESOME WHOLE MILK AND FULL FAT MEAT! Leave our food alone and go die!
