The British Isles

The British Isles are made up of two large islands and many smaller ones. The islands are divided into two countries-the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. The United Kingdom is made up of Scotland, England, Wales and  Northern Ireland. The British Isles have many factories and industries, but farming is also important.
