| My life in Japan: I "escaped" to Tokyo in 1999, under the guise of becoming an English teacher, a job that sometimes I feel I`m not entirely qualified for. In 2000 I became a member of the Japanese government`s JET program teaching English in public schools throughout the country. My current school is Ichikawa Higashi and is located in Chiba prefecture. Chiba is a large peninsula located on east side of Tokyo bay. The red dot is Ichikawa, my current home town. The following are some random pictures of my experience in this wonderful and strange land.. |
