FUN WITH SWITCHES
Our students use switches for a variety educational, recreational, and communication purposes.
Student uses a button, an ablenet and a tape player to play a book on tape.
The ablenet is set in the "timed" positon,  requiring the student to hit the button every minute.
This type of Ablenet has connections for two switches, giving the student a choice of activities.
One connects to the TV, the other to one of her favorite cassette tapes and a disco ball.
Student accesses tape player.
Ablenet is set in "direct" postition, requiring the student to maintain contact with the button to keep the music playing..
Enjoying some

The "Big Mac" switch can hold one recorded message at a time.
Here a student uses it to tell a joke to the class.
Student hits the "Big Mac" switch which has the recorded message "I want a drink"
The reward is immediate
-as well as refreshing!
