-Dick Latessa (Herr Schultz) leaves tour and joins Broadway cast. He is replaces by Hal Robinson.
-Andy Taylor (Ernst Ludwig) leaves and is replaced by Drew McVety.
-Norbert Leo Butz leaves role of Emcee January 2, 2000. (Wail! Sob!)
-Jon Peterson takes over role of Emcee on January 18, 2000 after a break.
-Joely Fisher (Sally Bowles) leaves the tour in April and is replaced by Lea Thompson.
-Paul Lincoln (Hans, Rudy, Two Ladies Boy) leaves tour around March and is replaced by Shaun Amyot.
-Jeanine Morick (Fritizie Kost) leaves the tour around April and is replaced by Lenora Nemetz.
-Alison Ewing (Lulu) leaves the tour in April and joins Cabaret on Broadway with Joely Fisher. Alison is replaced by Amanda Watkins.
-Alma Cuervo (Frl. Schneider) takes a break and is replaced by Cass Morgan. Alma returns before the summer begins.
-Lea Thompson (Sally Bowles) leaves the tour in July to replace Joely Fisher in Cabaret on Broadway. She is replaced by Miss America 1998 Kate Shindle.
-Micheal Curry (Bobby) leaves the tour and goes to Broadway to pick up the role of Victor.
