Linda started out playing bass in highschool for
HOTPOINT
, a band she formed with her best friend, Janet Miller when they were both 15.
The band also included Drummer Mike Minkoff "Minky", who at the time was 13.
The band recorded two demo albums which they sold at their shows.
When highschool was over, the members of HOTPOINT
went away to college in different states,
however, never officially broke up and still get together and play today whenever Mike and
Janet are in town.
In spring of 2005, Linda then joined her friends from college and played bass for
FRONT PAGE
, which fetures keyboardist Robert Kipp, Guitarist Orestes Anastasio, and
Drummer Micheal Bromm. Two months later Linda left front page only to join
THE LOST CAUSE
in august of that same year where she met Paul who was the guitarist and
vocalist of the band. She stayed with the band for one year and then left to form
BREAKING THE SILENCE
with Paul, former guitarist of
THE LOST CAUSE.
