First, I would like to introduce My Frog!! He is an Albino African Claw Frog!! When I got him he was just a baby. He was all grown up and eating my fish. But, unfortunately he is currently dead. I do not suggest feeding him ghost shrimp I have only done that twice and it has killed 2 frogs. I feed him shrimp flakes then to reptile floating sticks, then to guppy feeder fish.
Welcome To My Aquarium!!
My son, Ashton is the reason why I have an aquarium. When he was younger he always wanted an aquarium of his own. He would actually fall asleep at my mother's aquarium while watching her fish. At first it was a pain in the butt. But, now I will never go without one. An aquarium is a very good stress reliever. It's very calming and soothing to watch the fish.
As you can see here. He is actually eating my chinese algae eater. Let me tell you I was not happy. That's when I learned to watch what I put into my tank after that.
Here are some pictures of my irridescent shark. This type of fish likes to play dead when introduced into a new environment. I think I killed my first one not knowing that they play dead. So, the next time I introduced 2 of these. Then my female(pictured)had a baby but, I think my first frog ate it. And, of course she killed the male shark. So I now only have her.
This is my son gage's fish. This is a molly fish.
We don't currently have this fish anymore but my son wanted here.
These are my tetras. One is a blue and the other one is a phantom tetra. I have had the blue tetra since I started my aquarium which was back in 2001.
Currently in my aquarium:
1 Irredescent Shark
1 Blue Tetra
1 Phantom Tetra
1 Red Parrot
1 Barbed Catfish
1 Pleco
1 Albino African Claw Frog
