Watermelon Boat 1 whole large watermelon 1 lb strawberries, hulled 1 pt blueberries 1 (8-oz) can manderin oranges 1 cup shredded coconut 1 lb seedless green grapes Carefully cut the watermelon so that a basket is formed. Further embelishing can be done with a small knife. Hollow out the mellon using a mellon baller; remove as many seeds as possible. Combine melon balls, strawberries, blueberries, oranges (include the juice), coconut and grapes in a large bowl. Spoon into watermellon basket. Yeild: 20 servings
